Terry McNeely

Taylor Funeral Home of Louisville announces the death and services of Mr. Terry Lewis McNeely, age 63, of Bostic Mill Road Bartow, who died Sunday morning August 18, 2019, at his residence following a lengthy illness.

Services will be held 2:00 PM Wednesday, August 21, 2019, in the Moxley United Methodist Church with Rev. David Boggs officiating. Burial will be in the Moxley Cemetery.

Terry was a son of the late John Henry McNeely & Mary Elizabeth Goodwin McNeely. He was a lifelong residence of Jefferson County and retired from Thremo-King after 30 years of service and was a long-time member of Moxley United Methodist Church.

Terry was preceded in death by his parents, and is survived by his beloved wife of 35 years, Rita Garland McNeely of Bartow, son & daughter in-law, Micah & Janelle McNeely of Bartow, daughter & sin in-law, Heather & Michael Grubbs of Augusta, sister & brother in-law, Patricia & Frank Gordy of Louisville, brothers & sister in laws, Wayne & Nell McNeely of Martinez, John & Pat McNeely of Hephzibah, 6 grandchildren, several nieces & nephews.

The family will be at the home of Micah & Janelle McNeely 2899 Bostic Mill Road Bartow.

If so desired, memorials may be made to the charity of your choice.  

The McNeely family will receive friends one hour prior to the service, at the church on Wednesday.
