Jonathan Deriso Obituary

Taylor Funeral Home of Louisville announces the death and funeral services of Mr. Jonathan Clem Deriso, 38, of Wadley, who died Saturday, June 6, 2020.

Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM, Saturday, June 13, 2020 in the Moxley United Methodist Church with social distancing guidelines observed and Rev. David Boggs officiating. Burial will follow in the Moxley United Methodist Church Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Erik Robinett, Jacob Stickle, Kay Johnson, Mitch Johnson, James Lancaster & Kris McReynolds.

A native of Wadley, Jonathan was a son of Brice & Stella Deriso. He was a 2000 graduate of Jefferson County High School and was employed by Battle Lumber Company in Wadley as a loader.

Jonathan was preceded in death by a brother, Brian Scott Deriso and is survived by his daughter, Sara Kathryn Deriso, son, Peyton Cole Deriso both of Swainsboro, parents, Brice & Stella Deriso of Wadley, sister, Michelle Renee & Andy Newman of Swainsboro, brother, Walter Brice & Stacy Deriso, III of Atlanta, several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

There will be an open visitation on Friday, June 12, from 11:00 AM until 5:00 PM with social distancing guidelines observed at the funeral home.
