Lois C. Martin

Taylor Funeral Home of Louisville announces the death of Mrs. Lois C. Martin, age 91, of Fairlane Drive Louisville who died Saturday Morning October 10, 2020 in the Fountain Blue Rehab and Nursing in Macon.

Funeral services will be held from the Graveside 11:00 AM Tuesday October 13, 2020 in Wrightsville City Cemetery wit Rev. David Severance officiating. Because of the family’s concern for public health and safety during this pandemic, the family requests that social distancing and other safety precautions be followed. The wearing of face masks is encouraged.

A native of Wrightsville Lois was a daughter of the late Colon Cordry & Fronnie Johnson Cordry. She attended Berry College and worked many years in the Clothing facteriers. She was a member of Louisville Church of God. Her favorite thing to do was taking care of her home & family.

Mrs. Martin was preceded in death by parents, husband Lamar Martin, sister, Irene Cardry, brothers, Edward Cardry, Colon Cardry, Jr., Lewis Cardry and Ervin Cordry. She is survived by daughter, Lynn Marchman, of Gray, sons, Glynn Martin, of Perry, Wayne Martin of Wrightsville, & Cale Martin of Louisville, 4 grandchildren, Ben Martin, Taylor Martin, Tanner Martin & Christopher Marchman, 4 great-grandchildren, Leala Martin, Cagle Martin, Lillre Martin, & Jake Martin, several nieces & nephews.
