Taylor Funeral Home of Gibson announces the death and funeral services of Mrs. Ozilla Reese Marsh, age 93 of East Main Street Gibson who died Saturday morning April 29, 2023 at her home.

Funeral services will be held at 3:00 PM Monday May 1, 2023, in the Sheppard Memorial Chapel of Taylor Funeral Home in Gibson with Rev. Tommy Harwell officiating. Burial will follow in the Mt. Zion Congregational Methodist Church Cemetery.

A native of Edgehill and lifelong resident of Glascock County Ozilla was a daughter of the late Jim Ed Reese and Nannie Mae Hilson Reese.  She retired after many years of service as an inspector from Thomson Company working at the Pants Factory in Gibson.

Mrs. Marsh was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Linton William Marsh, son, Branson Marsh, and is survived by beloved daughter Vickie Marsh of Gibson, sister, Lucille Kea of Soperton, several nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends.

The family will receive friends from 1:00 till 3:00 PM prior to services Monday, May 1, at the funeral home.
